Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however we reserve the right to change price without prior notice. Once payment received Posting and Packaging for the UK customers is 14 days, subject to availability.

Your undertaking and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Orders and payments
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns
Nspire Productions has a no refund policy. Only items that are defective can be returned to Nspire Productions. If a defective DVD has been shipped, prior to returning any defective products, please e-mail. A replacement item will be shipped on receipt of your defective item. You must return your defective DVD within 7 days of receipt. As soon as we receive your item, a replacement item will be shipped to you.
